We ship primarily with USPS. If you for any reason wish for us to ship your order with another carrier please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate. Generally orders ship out within a business day from when payment clears, but please be aware that retail sales is not our primary business and sometimes there may be a delay. In many cases we have items already packaged just waiting for a shipping label to be applied, but in certain cases the product must be ordered or manufactured after you place your order. Of course there are exceptions, such as custom orders or deposits on new products, which we make sure you are aware of before purchasing.
Returns: Returns are accepted on the condition that you make arrangements with us beforehand. There will be a 15% fee to cover the fees we were charged for accepting your credit card, and the packaging we had to pay for to deliver the product to you.
